The simply answer to that is, yes.
Many of our customers buy a mobile home for just that, whether they need it for temporary living during a self build project or they are buying it for a relative who would like to be closer to the family for occasional assistance. Homes are built to 2 different standards, firstly you have EN1467, which is the standard build for all static mobile homes. You then have BS3632, which, at the minimum increases the insulation throughout the home to bring it up to residential standard. Not all models are available in BS3632, so we recommend discussing this with our sales team so that they can advise you on the best home for your requirements.
Most customers do find that standard specification is still sufficient for all year living, as homes will still have double glazing and central heating.
