Our Warranties
All our new homes come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This generally consists of 12 months parts and labour warranty, covering everything inside your home. It does exclude damage caused by owners and wear and tear.
In addition, some manufacturers offer an additional 2 years on the following items:
Furniture manufactured and fitted at the factory.
Shower cubicle, baths, kitchen sink, taps and sanitaryware.
Gutter, downpipes, and cladding
Internal door handles, radiators, sockets, and switches
After the 12 months standard parts and labour warranty, the chassis roof, walls, floors, ceilings and external doors and windows are covered for an additional 48 months.
If you have chosen a home with a fully galvanised chassis, then you often benefit from a 10-year warranty.
You will also receive individual warranties on items within the home such as white goods and boilers. These will need to be activated directly with the appliance manufacturer and information on how to do this will be in your home guide.
