Eccles Beach Caravan Park is…

a private caravan park and is used only by the holiday caravan owners and their families. It’s very much a family park with many families having been on the park for a number of generations. The park is located at Eccles-On-Sea, North Norfolk, located on the coast between Sea Palling and Happisburgh.

Eccles Beach Caravan Park is owned by Eccles Beach Caravan Park Limited. The Company is unique in that the majority of caravan owners on site are shareholders in the Company, with Eccles Beach Caravan Park being one of only a few caravan parks in the UK that are still owned by the caravan owners.

Originally on the current site was Fiveways Caravan Park, when the owners of Fiveways Caravan Park decided to sell their site, many of the caravan owners explored the opportunity to buy the site and to form a company. And a result Eccles Beach Caravan Park Limited was incorporated 19 January 1978 and acquired the Fiveway Caravan Park site and renamed it Eccles Beach Caravan Park. There are still today caravan owners (shareholders) who had a caravan on Fiveways Caravan Park and are original shareholders.
